How I Homeschool

I often wonder what works for other home schooling families, especially those families with more than four children. I love to read home school blogs that detail how the mom can accomplish so much in one day, teach her children, and stay sane at the same time. Some times their lives sound too good to be true.

I also enjoy those bloggers who share their home schooling tricks and tips. Most of the time I can tell right away whether or not what works for one woman's family will work for mine. There have been a few times when I tried something that I didn't think would work, but it did. Then again, there are many times when I think an organizing or curriculum idea will work great for us, only to try it and find that it's a complete flop. Why is that?
